We apologize that there was a plate delay, Walser had a server down for last 2 weeks in May, thus we were not able to properly submit paperwork online to ensure proper fees were paid. We appreciate your patience and will work to improve communication in situations like these. fyi, you can still drive your vehicle when temp tag is expired, they will see in the system that the registration transfer is in process.

Bthomason_3, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. We currently do not have room on the lot to store customers trade in vehicles. Walser tries to be transparent in all of its business dealings. Warranty cancellations are sent to a Warranty Administrator to cut the check to the bank/customer , depending on the status of loan; so we allow 3 weeks for that to clear. During this time we also had a holiday thus things were backed up. Our policy is clear about the 3 day return policy and how it relates to the store you purchased vehicle at. Any interest cost on your loan would be minimal ; but like you were told when you called , we will pay that . You just have to provide documentation. We are sorry that you did not have a better experience.
