Was led to believe my car is not worth repairing. Quoted me over $5000 worth of repairs, some of which were completely unnecessary once we looked at it ourselves. I was told the tie rods *could not* be replaced without doing an entire new steering rack. Was told my struts were bad when they are fine. While I’ve been happy with the vehicle purchasing experience there, I will never be back for service. More
