The staff are great but cars are not. I have purchased two cars through this dealership brand new, an Elantra Touring and Tuscon. After I upgraded to my current car (Tuscon), I was told th I have purchased two cars through this dealership brand new, an Elantra Touring and Tuscon. After I upgraded to my current car (Tuscon), I was told that while my old car (Elantra Touring) was on a test drive the transmission blew. It only had 60,000 miles on it. I recently had to take my Tuscon in for a air bag recall and within a week my radio is not working right. I call them to report this and they say they are not related and that I would have to pay $99 to get a diagnosis. My Tuscon only has 38,000 miles on it. If the transmission blew on a car with only 60,000 miles on it and the radio is malfunctioning in a vehicle with less the. 40,000 miles, I am not sure I will buy from them again as the quality has not be great in my experience. The guy who checked me in, I think his name was Tyler had NO idea how to work their new system. HE SUCKED. It took him 35 minutes (I timed it) to get my info. I received no call. I called them at 5:55pm before they closed to see what was up. Turned out they LOST my phone number. Picked my car up the next day (because they did not call me early enough) and it took 57!!! Minutes to get my information right into the system. I had the same inept guy who had NO CLUE how to use your database software. It was just silly. Got my car home, and the bolts for the plastic cover over the engine were sitting on top of the engine block. Did you forget to put any other parts back? I hope not... but I would not be surprised. I thought that dealers were pro. I would trust any mom and pop garage over this group of jokers. I did really like your shuttle driver and everyone was friendly... Just horrible at their job. More
