Calm and Professional It seems like car repairs never occur at a good time. Multiple repairs were needed on my Hyundai Sonata within a week - expensive. Thankfully, the staff provided some excellent options for me; the guest shuttle saved me time and money / didn't have to miss work; and they did an excellent job on the repairs. The financial total was estimated at the beginning of the appointment, and it was accurate (as they didn't find anything that needed additional work during the multipoint inspection). They were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The work was accomplished under the estimated time. Altogether, a total win for me. More
