Because of the virus situation, it took me about ten months to drive 3000+ miles, yet I kept getting messages. This was the first time I have brought my car here for service and wasn't totally sure about where to go. The young man inside the dealership was very helpful at explaining where to go. The young lady who helped me at the service area was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately she told me the cost of the oil change would be $35 but when it came time to pay, the price was actually $62. She gave me a $10 discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. The waiting area was very comfortable and I appreciated being able to sit at a table to do some work while I waited. Overall, it was a very good experience. More
