We purchased a new Tucson a week ago and found out on day five, that it had an intermittent issue with the infotainment screen. We were obviously disappointed that the vehicle needed to be serviced so soon. five, that it had an intermittent issue with the infotainment screen. The Walser service department went above and beyond to take care when working on the interior to avoid any scratches and keep the vehicle looking new. They fixed the issue and left the interior and vehicle cleaner than when we dropped it off. We greatly appreciate the Walser team turning what was a disappointing situation into a great experience. They did a good job. I was a little upset to be charged a diagnostic fee for an airbag sensor that needed a software update, but that is more an issue with hyundai than w I was a little upset to be charged a diagnostic fee for an airbag sensor that needed a software update, but that is more an issue with hyundai than with the actual dealer. Their service department is clean and efficient, and I like that they have a courtesy lyft so I can drop my car at the dealer and get to work. More
