Friendly, honest and helped with getting my new car remote programmed. I was quite surprised for a $400 key and then a larger charge to program it and then it didn't even have the backup key in. Perhaps parts should check an item when it comes in to ensure all is there and I didn't have to make extra trips there. Moses is very serious when trying to please a customer. I found after leaving that a tire stem cap was missing as well was the next service mileage label. On returning Moses took care of it promptly.
