Pleasantly Surprised Had 4 outstanding recalls that needed to be dealt with, so scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation simultaneously. Arrived at 7:15 a.m. Was Had 4 outstanding recalls that needed to be dealt with, so scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation simultaneously. Arrived at 7:15 a.m. Was quoted a 4.5-5 hour wait time. I was prepared for that (brought work to do). Surprisingly, the recall work, the oil change, the tire rotation, the three other "findings", and the car wash were completed by 9:20 a.m. The oil change was "free" as part of one of the recalls. The "other findings" (a fog light, an engine filter, and a license plate light) were a little spendy (typical of a dealer), but really, was I going to get around to doing it myself? Probably not. So, overall, this particular dealership appointment happened to be a pleasant experience. We all know that that isn't always the case. More

Swift and Professional Service After my Santa Fe sprung an oil leak, I was able to schedule an appointment with the service center immediately. Their shuttle service was able to br After my Santa Fe sprung an oil leak, I was able to schedule an appointment with the service center immediately. Their shuttle service was able to bring me to work with only a slight delay to the start of my work day. Within 6 hours, I received a phone call that not only had the oil leak been fixed, but an open recall on my model as well as some other unknown (to me) issues were fixed. I have an extended warranty through Walser, and it was honored and covered all charges for the repairs without any questions asked. Car trouble can be an extremely painful experience, but the folks at Walser did an excellent job of alleviating the majority of the headache associated with getting your vehicle repaired. Overall, excellent professionalism and high quality of service performed extremely quickly with no need to haggle over whether or not the warranty covered this or that. Thanks for getting my vehicle back into tip-top shape in a timely manner! More

I received a call first thing Monday morning asking me what had happened and explaining when I had my car towed to Walser Hyundai on Sunday afternoon.
