Thank God for service in person! I had talked to the call center and was told wrong information. I found this out when I got to the dealership. The service department and the general manager did everything possible to make sure that I was still satisfied with the customer care. I have worked in medical for over 30 years and know how important customer service is. The team at the Brooklyn Park Hyundai went above and beyond to right the wrong. More

Pleasantly Surprised Had 4 outstanding recalls that needed to be dealt with, so scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation simultaneously. Arrived at 7:15 a.m. Was Had 4 outstanding recalls that needed to be dealt with, so scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation simultaneously. Arrived at 7:15 a.m. Was quoted a 4.5-5 hour wait time. I was prepared for that (brought work to do). Surprisingly, the recall work, the oil change, the tire rotation, the three other "findings", and the car wash were completed by 9:20 a.m. The oil change was "free" as part of one of the recalls. The "other findings" (a fog light, an engine filter, and a license plate light) were a little spendy (typical of a dealer), but really, was I going to get around to doing it myself? Probably not. So, overall, this particular dealership appointment happened to be a pleasant experience. We all know that that isn't always the case. More
