Probably the fastest car delivery I had, ever. Called late night asking for a test drive. Got an appointment for the next day. I was able to work out the entire deal over the phone and through email. I had to drive 6 hours down and back in the same day to pick up my new Sonata and the staff at Walser had everything ready to go. I through email. When test driving at the dealership we were thrilled with the honest and no pressure approach that Zaheer took with us. He was funny and easy to get along with and genuinely seemed to be interested in what we were looking for. In addition to this, he actually knew a lot about the car we were driving. At multiple other dealers I often felt like I knew more about the car by reading the online information prior to my visit. At many other dealers I often felt like the salesmen were just reading off the window sticker. Zaheer actually informed us about things we didn't know from looking online. When we went to buy the car Zaheer or "Z" came in on his day off to complete the transaction and ensure we were able to get everything we had discussed. I love the new car, really enjoyed the experience and love that there is a lifetime powertrain waranty thanks to Walser Hyundai. More

Dealing with Walser was a treat. I visited 3 dealerships over the course of my car shopping, and they were far and away the best to deal with. The salesmen and women did not work on commission, so there was over the course of my car shopping, and they were far and away the best to deal with. The salesmen and women did not work on commission, so there was no pressure, there was no calling you back for a week asking if you wanted to buy a car. (I am still dealing with this from a different dealership.) They just providing you with the information, and gave you a card. Walser also is offering a couple different lifetime warranties on new and used (under 60,000 miles) cars. One of them is free, one you have to purchase but they were in my mind very worth it. Overall, very happy with the dealership and those who worked there. More
