The salesperson I worked with was nota good listener. He did not know his stock, nor could he fully uuderstand what I was looking for. He tried to redeem himself by attempting to sell me a car with fewer features that cost more, but was the same color.When I told hi that was nto the car I had made an offer on her went to antoher car with all the same feature, but he was a color I had never discussed with him. The more frustrated I became the more he wanted to know why. How many ways can you tell a person they are not listening? I asked a alot of questions when he claimed my credit score was poor, demanded my husband be on the application and asked for references. He could not answer questions intelligently. The best part of this experience was when he told me to get the color I wanted it would cost an extra $3,000 due to supply and demand. After 2 days of so called "no hagggle" I walked out only to find the exact car I wanted at another dealership online within 5 min, filled out application and in it was in my hands 24 hours after leaving Walser. Purchased the vehicle on my own, with more features, less money, no references and was told I had a good credit rating. Won't go back to Walser. What a waste of time. More

My experience with Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park was extremely satisfying, not only did I get the car I wanted at a great price, I got the opportunity to browse a multitude of options. This allowed me to compare and make an informed decision, assisted, (not pressured) by the sales staff, specifically Ryan Miller who proved to be knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. The 2013 Veloster which I purchased was at a price about 10% lower than the prices of any competitors. After deciding on the car I wanted I was offered and educated multiple upgrades, several of which I elected to purchase, which, had they not been explained properly I would have never thought to add. I would highly recommend this dealership and their customer service staff, especially Ryan Miller, to friends, family, and just about anyone in the market for a new (or used) car. More

A friend/business colleague of mine, Jeff Laing, had recently bought a car from you and recommended your dealership. Jason Witta was my salesperson and did an excellent job -- showed me both the Elantra and Sonata, went over all the features, numbers, answered all my questions. Was very responsive, knowledgable, approachable, and thoughtful. I'll be happy to recommend your dealership in the future.
