This is a trait that I don't think you find very often at most dealerships. From the first time we walked into the dealership until we left with the car, the service, cooperation and courtesy was consistent - and FRIENDLY. The obvious camaraderie not only between Ricky and Steve, but amongst all the staff was so evident. This trait is certainly an asset when one is dealing with the uncertainties and angst of making such an important purchase. Probably the fastest car delivery I had, ever. Called late night asking for a test drive. Got an appointment for the next day. I was able to work out the entire deal over the phone and through email. I had to drive 6 hours down and back in the same day to pick up my new Sonata and the staff at Walser had everything ready to go. I through email.
