I put money down on a car and waited for delivery. When it arrived, I was told to come in at a certain time(appt), which I did. When I arrived, the salesman decided it was more important to take a new cli it arrived, I was told to come in at a certain time(appt), which I did. When I arrived, the salesman decided it was more important to take a new client, so 30 minutes later a brand new salesman was assigned to finish the paperwork. 3 hours later the deal was complete...finally . After inspection, the car was missing paint. I made an appt for this as well. When I got to the appt, the "body guy" had decided to take the day off. They decided to take pictures. I still have not received resolution for this (1 year ago!). Most recently they warranteed the floormats. Turns out they cant get that right either; they dont fit. The free oil changes are a joke; Id rather pay $30 then wait over 2 hours even with an appt. The walser rewards arent worth anything as they keep changing the cards so you have to keep going back to the dealer. I feel completely mislead and lied to by this dealership and would recommend all avoid it. More
Usually I dreaded even walking into a car dealership, but this was not the case with Walser. I was greeted right away, shown cars I was interested in. It was in a friendly and not pushy atmosphere. I love, repeat love the “up front no hassle or negotiating pricing”. I think that is what most people dread. Jason Witta was great to work with. Plus after you buy the car, they take the time to show you all the details of the car and how things work. They made it fun (as it should be) to buy a car. You could tell customer service was of utmost importance. More

He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions (also my brother's questions too) and coordinated wonderful teamwork efforts with Senior CEM Mike Melcher to get me the best financing ever! I did my homework before coming to Walser and thought my credit union had the best deal for car payments and was extremely pleased to have Mike Melcher "top" my quote from the credit union. Mike came up with a very affordable payment plan for me. I feel no one else would have done that for me. Frank asked me to allow Mike some time to see what he could do. I agreed. The end result was astonishing! I highly recommend your dealership and am telling everyone about it and will make sure they ask for Frank Donato for their salesman. I am extremely happy with my Hyundai Tucson and love the Iris Blue color and beautiful new Critical Habitat loon plates. I am very, very impressed that your dealership has license plates in stock ready to put on the vehicle. Do you realize how great that is? I hope everyone tells you how great that is! I appreciated all those "little things" you did that no one else would do. I thank Frank and Mike from the bottom of my heart. I was in search of a used car to replace my 97 camry. I saw the vehicle I wanted on the Walser Hyundai website and called to schedule a test drive. Dealing with the two salesmen and the "Walser" way made buying a new car the most trouble free auto purchase I've ever encountered. They were more interested in what we were looking for than what they wanted to sell us. Throughout the whole process we only dealt with one person. Ryan Miller. We weren't required to talk to the sales manager, finance manager, service manager etc. etc. We were in & out of the dealership with our new Sonata in 2 hrs. & 20 minutes! The dealership itself was neat, clean & well laid out. Everyone I saw throughout the purchase was smiling, in a good mood and looked like they liked being there. I had not intended to purchase a car that day. There approach, the Sonata itself and the price made me satisfied that I was getting a good value and in an environment that impressed me. The Sonata easily sold itself. If or when I decide to "upgrade" my car, the Walser Dealership & Hynundai will be my first stop. Walser has "The System" in place. Frank Dunlo & Ryan Miller were the people that make this system effective. More

I buy a number of cars over a five year period. I have not dealt with a salesman as knowledgeable or pleasant as Rhett has been. I drove 75 miles 2 years ago to lease our first car from Rhett. Yesterday not dealt with a salesman as knowledgeable or pleasant as Rhett has been. I drove 75 miles 2 years ago to lease our first car from Rhett. Yesterday I drove that 75 miles again to lease our second car from Rhett because of the service he provided. When I first walked in to Walser Hyundai I was alone, unfamiliar with the process of buying a car, and quite frankly a little intimidated. I had no intention on buying, but after test driving and hanging unfamiliar with the process of buying a car, and quite frankly a little intimidated. I had no intention on buying, but after test driving and hanging out with Ryan for a while I knew I was in good hands and he wanted the best for me. This was my first experience buying a car and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and/or a better dealership! It was easy, effortless, and I didn't feel any type of pressure to purchase which, oddly enough, made me realize that I was ready! Ryan had the answers to all of my questions and he calmed all of my concerns. He even spoke with my dad over the phone and averted any apprehensions that he had since he lives out of state and wasn't able to overlook such a monumental purchase for his daughter.
