They were most patient with our questions - and provided just the answers we needed. They called us at home several times to know if there was anything else they could help us with. This is a trait that I don't think you find very often at most dealerships. From the first time we walked into the dealership until we left with the car, the service, cooperation and courtesy was consistent - and FRIENDLY. The obvious camaraderie not only between Ricky and Steve, but amongst all the staff was so evident. This trait is certainly an asset when one is dealing with the uncertainties and angst of making such an important purchase. Both of these guys demonstrated this time and time again and TOTALLY set our minds at ease. The whole process of explaining the workings of the new vehicle, the paperwork and all the other details that were necessary was most pleasant. Besides, they have great refreshments! This is our second Sonata and we couldn't be happier. As soon as I walked in the door there was someone to greet me and asked if I need help. The workers there were helpful and gave good advice about which car and finance options to go with. Probably the fastest car delivery I had, ever. Called late night asking for a test drive. Got an appointment for the next day. I was able to work out the entire deal over the phone and through email. I had to drive 6 hours down and back in the same day to pick up my new Sonata and the staff at Walser had everything ready to go. I through email.
