The customer service at Walser was WONDERFUL! I was very impressed with the salesman, Ryan. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The quality of the work was outstanding. I got offered a lower interest rate through an outside lender, and they worked to get me one that was even better than that offer, and better coverage for my car! Like I said, I was very impressed, and very happy with the final result. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a really pleasant atmosphere. And Ryan was great, I'm going to recommend everyone I know to buy a car with him. Overall experience: excellent! Better than I ever imagined! I worked with Ryan Miller and let me tell you, this guy went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY on this one. I was in a hurry to get in and out and get to a Dr appointment, Ryan had everything ready for me when I got there, answered all of my questions, and showed me many things on the car. I wanted the car, but had to go. Ryan said no problem, he worked late, worked from home Tuesday night, and went back into the dealership to have all of the financing paperwork in order so when I got back up there all I had to do was sign. I definitely didn't expect any of that. When going through add on options, he explained everything, and let me decide. Zero pressure! Who knew that could even happen at a dealership?!? He even noticed that the price of the car had dropped that morning, I hadn't, and that saved me money! This is the 3rd time I've financed, and the first time I didn't feel taken advantage of by the end of the experience. This dealership is a solid hour from my home, but I would definitely make the drive back up to work with Ryan again.He even came out to the car with me after everything was done, just to make sure I knew how to work everything. I highly recommend working with this dealership, and Ryan in particular, he created a life long Walser customer here. Especially for women, we all know that these things don't usually happen at dealerships for us. 5 stars here!!!! More
