By far the best dealership I've dealt with. I already had an idea of what I intended to buy, and Steven approached and offered a test drive right away. Such a friendly atmosphere despite the fact that every salesperson was busy selling a vehicle! We worked with Grant and he was hands down the best sales person who has ever sold us a car - and we have pu salesperson was busy selling a vehicle! He was knowledgeable, informative and clearly proud of the product he is selling - which he backed up with facts. The final paperwork is a bit longer that anyone prefers, however, Grant was incredibly efficient - he used the time we were waiting for responses to show us the details we needed to know about our new car - the way he went about it made the process absolutely the most efficient use of time possible. And on top of it he is a genuinely nice guy I have no doubt that whatever Grant does in his lifetime he will be successful - and for now you folks are fortunate to have him. We could not have had a more positive experience. On the car (small detail right?) we pretty much knew we would purchase the Genesis before we even drove it.
