He was knowledgeable, informative and clearly proud of the product he is selling - which he backed up with facts. The final paperwork is a bit longer that anyone prefers, however, Grant was incredibly efficient - he used the time we were waiting for responses to show us the details we needed to know about our new car - the way he went about it made the process absolutely the most efficient use of time possible. And on top of it he is a genuinely nice guy I have no doubt that whatever Grant does in his lifetime he will be successful - and for now you folks are fortunate to have him. We could not have had a more positive experience. On the car (small detail right?) we pretty much knew we would purchase the Genesis before we even drove it. This is a trait that I don't think you find very often at most dealerships. From the first time we walked into the dealership until we left with the car, the service, cooperation and courtesy was consistent - and FRIENDLY. The obvious camaraderie not only between Ricky and Steve, but amongst all the staff was so evident. This trait is certainly an asset when one is dealing with the uncertainties and angst of making such an important purchase.
