We were in need of another car but had no pre conceived thoughts of what make, model, price, new, or old. Roman showed us new car and used cars from various price ranges and provided us some information on their warranty. We visited five other dealerships after our visit to this dealership but decided that we wanted to buy from them because of the price, service and warranty offered on a new car. We have already referred our friends to this location for their new car. More

Best Experiece Ever Just as my title states this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I had just left the Kia dealer with a lease quote in han Just as my title states this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I had just left the Kia dealer with a lease quote in hand and very close to saying yes for what I thought was a great deal on a beautiful white Optima but wanted to sleep on it. I left the Kia dealer and was almost to the Hyundai dealer, only a block away, and thought I would at least take a look at what they had to offer. I thought they were the parent company of Kia, and I had heard the Sonata was a nice car, so I stopped. It was getting later in the evening as I walked in the door just wanting to look around and compare the Optima to the Sonata and I could see they were busy but was immediately greeted and was introduced to the service manager who was very eager to assist me and I told him I was just at the Kia dealer looking at an Optima and had a lease price and asked what could I get in a comparable Sonata. He asked the model I was getting from Kia and very confidently replied that he could get me into a much better equipped Sonata for a smaller payment and I thought I was in the twilight zone or something because I was amazed at the price he had tentatively given me based on my trade in value but I still wanted see and drive what I was being taunted with at an unbelievable and much lower lease rate for a much nicer car. He got the whole process in motion and asked about my trade in, my trusty but getting long in the tooth 2003 Ford Taurus, hey I like them, and got that rolling. I was introduced to Steven Cooney, Customer Specialist, to move forward and we went for a ride and a learn about the Sonata 101 class conducted by Steven. This is the first time any car sales person has ever been that concerned about making sure his customer is fully aware of the features and capabilities of the car they are driving. It was awesome! Customer Service was way above par, car was beautiful, drive was beautiful, great trade in for my Taurus, way more options including remote start and still over thirty dollars less per month than Kia. Although I loved my Taurus, long rest its soul, I smile every time I see my new Sonata sitting in my drive way. Thanks to the team at this dealer!! A very satisfied Sonata owner, John More

Everyone was fantastic through my experience. They did a great job and worked diligently to get me a low rate with low monthly payments that fit my needs . I have purchased 2 other vehicles in the past and was not provided the service I received on 3/1/14. I went from a 20+% interest rate to 3.9%. How they made that happen is beyond me and kudos to them for doing so. This allowed me the opportunity to pay less for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata than I was paying for my 2009 Saturn Aura. I was afraid my car insurance would increase by switching from 2009 model to a 2014 but found that my insurance payment actually decreased. Thanks to all of you at Walser! And many thanks for keeping track of my 1 yr old while I wrapped some things up. I will be back in the future. More
