Excellent Car Shopping Experience My husband bought a car from Frank at Walser Hyundai in 2014. That was excellent experience #1. I was car shopping this year, and my husband reminded me to contact Frank, and I ever glad he did. Frank and the entire team are so helpful and welcoming; the financing they arranged so I could get a loaded Elantra GT is just wizardry. I particularly appreciated a call from the manager, Nand, after I'd driven my new car home. Nand called to let me know that there was a scuff on the back bumper that they'll buff out when I come in for the plates. The last time I purchased a car, it was a used vehicle. After I got home, I noticed some minor damage on the lower underside of the car. The dealership said it was really my problem as there was no way of telling how or when the damage occurred. Needless to say, I don't need to ever buy a car from that dealership again! More
