Wow! Excellent Customer Service To give you a little background...I HATE car shopping. I spent weeks reviewing cars and SUV's online and went to a couple of dealerships for a few tes To give you a little background...I HATE car shopping. I spent weeks reviewing cars and SUV's online and went to a couple of dealerships for a few test drives. I was VERY disappointed with the salesmen who helped me at Carlson Toyota and Kia of Brooklyn Park. They were not helpful and only wanted to make a sale that put money in their pockets. They have no idea what Customer service is, and could of cared less what I wanted or needed. On a whim, I emailed Walser Hyundai and was helped immediately. My email inquiry was not only answered with a very timely email but a phone call as well. I then later went to the dealership, and was extremely impressed by the time and attention they gave me. My sales guy Ken was AMAZING and helped me figure out what I wanted. He never seemed to be in a hurry to get me out the door with a new car. He took his time to explain each vehicle and listened to what I was saying. I went to the dealership thinking I wanted an SUV, but came home with a sedan that I LOVE! If it wasn't for Ken, I wouldn't have the car I was meant to have. Thanks Ken!!!! More
