Brought my 2013 Elantra in to have an oil pump replaced as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team con as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team contacted me and said that the oil pump would not solve my issue and most likely needed a new engine. Jeremy worked with corporate to get most the cost of a new engine covered under warranty. I am thankful for the honesty and hard work to get my car's problem fixed. More
