I came in for a standard recall (service campaign) with an additional car problem to be looked at during the visit. The recall work turned out fine, no noticeable issue with that, but was charged for a ful an additional car problem to be looked at during the visit. The recall work turned out fine, no noticeable issue with that, but was charged for a full multi-point inspection, I suspect is standard. The inspection did not turn up anything critical. When it came to my initial problem, the technician comment mirrored the description of my initial complaint with no additional information other than a replacement part would need to be ordered. I was hoping for additional information to possibly explain the need for the new part or failure condition. This left me a little confused and annoyed. More

My purchase of the 2023 Santa Fe SEL and trade in of the 2021 Jeep Renegade went very well. I was very pleased with the service center. Every single person I spoke to here, had a horrible attitude and refused to help me. Also told me it was going to be $180 on the phone, then ended up being $208 because of “fees” that the girl behind t attitude and refused to help me.
