Beautiful facility and decent response when I drove up. Appointment was for the 3rd seat latch, not latching and making a vibration noise, along with an oil change. I was told to allow 2 hours. After an Appointment was for the 3rd seat latch, not latching and making a vibration noise, along with an oil change. I was told to allow 2 hours. After an hour and a half, I was told that more time would be needed to figure out the latch situation, allow though there was a $165.00 charged to warranty for looking into the latch?? Also confused as to when oil changes started costing $115.00. Although a convenient location, I'm not sure I would return to this dealership. It was also quite interesting to watch everyone eating non-stop at their desk-a bit tacky and you would wonder why there is not a lunch area provided. More
SLOW, poor loaner service. For the first week they had my 2 year old Sante Fe for warranty work, I got no loaner at all. The second week I got a sedan. I brought my Santa Fe in for recall work and alignment. They didn’t fix my alignment and told me I had to spend $3000 plus to fix the rack and pinion.
