My car started giving me problems about 6 weeks ago with the oil burning to fast out of my engine. Long story short ; through all the diagnostics come to find out my car ended up needing a whole new engine. the oil burning to fast out of my engine. I now have a new car again and hoping this doesn’t happen again. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon taking possession of my vehicle, I noticed that my wheels were damaged from the impact tool taking off the lug nuts. I reached out to my service advisor and sent them a picture asking if their technicians use non-marring tools. I got no response from them even though we were just talking a few minutes prior on there. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. More
Appointment at 9:30. Was told car would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. At 1 pm i called andwas told the tech. Had been busy on another car. So, at 3 pm my wife took me to the dealership. I thought even if it were not ready, i would wait. When we were almost there, i got a call saying it would not be ready until next day and i would get a call around 11am saying when it would be ready. The next morning at 7:45 am i was told it is ready. I asked about a pick up ride to the dealership. They were kind enough ti oblige. However, they sent the driver instructions to an address about 20 blocks from my address. More
