We got the servicing done that was needed and everyone worked to make sure we received a though the phones and computers were not working properly. Just a note, if the dealership doesn’t already - it needs a business continuity plan and disaster recovery plan (focus on IT); or if it has one - maybe time to update it. More

The service aspect was fine given that the computer systems were down all day. My main complaint was that when they told me car was ready, they didn't mention the payment system was having issues. They told me to have seat, as I waited and watched three people charge out, i got up to ask inquire. The service rep seemed to have disappeared while other were being closed out. Waited for 20 min longer than others just to pay. Nothing offered for extreme delay to pay. More
