Phone prompt system very poor. Difficult to get through. Our rep, Joseph told us the diagnosis would take an hour so we decided to wait. He checked and service hadn’t started so we left. Two hours later we called and he said he had texted us ( neither of us were texted). Communication was so poor. Very disappointed. Two years ago though, your mechanic insisted that my battery needed to be replaced. I didn’t want to cuz your charge was expensive so I decided to bring my car back to Sam’s Club where I bought the battery. They checked the battery at Sam’s and told me it was still fine. Perhaps Honda uses an older battery check equipment?! Anyway, my car is still running with the same battery!! More
