The unfortunate part about this dealership is it’s hard to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the r to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the rear of the vehicle needs to be empty for oil changes. I could’ve had that done had someone let me know. The service goes fairly quickly which is good. I’ve only waited at most 1.5 hours the last few times. I appreciate the videos the technician takes and transparency of the dealership. More
