Love the service center here! Loved my first car from them and the service I received, and am now on my second from them! I have a Honda dealership closer to home, but the service center and sales people here are much more willing to help. They have at times went above and beyond to help answer questions, and make sure I had all of the information I needed. If you need to wait during service, they have a nice spacious area with comfortable seating and tables, Wifi, and access to electrical outlets so I was able to work on my laptop (which had a low battery when I arrived) while I waited. The wait was exactly as long as he had told me it would be. They are also great about asking you before doing any service you did not request, and explaining if they find something else they would suggest needs work. Love the video they send during the inspection and service. I live on a gravel road, and they always wash it for me too, which is a nice added bonus! More

Services advisors were great, very supporting and provided good updates. It did take two visits to resolve and waits for parts, but the issues are resolved. Morning drop off is always busy so it was a slow getting checked in, but Tyler took good care of us. Really appreciate the inspection videos and updates.
