I had a great experience with Ben, my coordinator. The service staff left a mess in the back hatch of my car, which is why I only gave 4 stars. I'm not sure why they were back there, and it would be nice if they would return things to the way they found them. My windows were also left open. While not a big deal, it is sort of the same problem. Over all I am very happy with this service center and will continue to bring my car here for maintenance. More

I had done an online appointment for a recall, oil change and rear diff. fluid. I wrote this into the online notes that I had maint code B16 and a recall 23V-431. Everything was scheduled and I was reminded of my appointment via text message the day before as expected. When I arrived for the 15:30 appointment time 10 minutes early, I had to wait to be seen for perhaps 10 minutes when I arrived. That was fine, I get it. However, when I checked in, I was told they couldn't do the recall today because it was already 15:30 and it would take up to 3 hours. I was told they close at 17:00. I don't understand why my online appointment wasn't read through and why I wasn't called or emailed to say I needed to rescheduled for the recall due to the time needed to do it. I have to drive 45 miles one way for this recall and now I have to come back again just for the recall. I wanted everything done with one consolidated visit, while I was in town. I was frustrated that everything could not be done as I had it scheduled it to be. The service and work was done in an hour and half for the oil and diff fluid while I waited. This took longer than it has in the past. The video of the work inspection was great. I just wish I was told ahead of time that the recall couldn't be done with a 15:30 appointment time!! I do believe they were short staffed this day 3-14-2024 for this to happen. More
When I drove my car into the service department I was promptly greeted and guided through the appointment needs. I was then offered a beverage selection and waited in the very nice waiting area. The two salesmen who helped me purchase my new CRV visited me while I was waiting and thanked me for my business as well as asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend Walser Burnsville Honda.
