I was charged for a tire rotation even though I have a contract for free tire rotations, and bought tires from Walser earlier this year, which includes free tire rotations. I also have a contract from Wal contract for free tire rotations, and bought tires from Walser earlier this year, which includes free tire rotations. I also have a contract from Walser when I purchased the van for an additional 4 free oil changes and tire rotations, yet they never have the contract on file so I always have to email it to them. I ended up paying for the service from last week and emailed the Bill Ayotte the contract and my concerns on 3/27/24, yet I have not received a response from them. More
