I traveled from Georgia to Minnesita and my Pot needed an oil change. Although I live out of state, the oil change was coveted under the new car warranty so I didn't pay a penny for the oil change or a tire oil change. Tpms senors were not working on the test drive and it was end of day on a Saturday. Salesman said he would put in an order to have them looked at later. Called back Monday when didn’t hear from the sales person and the wife spoke with a manager. The Manger later called stating they didn’t have the tool for the sensors but could make an appointment at a different dealer location. Luckily the service advisor let us know ahead of time it was only authorized to verify the sensors were not working and we were responsible for fix/replacement cost because we accepted the unit as is. Regret trusting Walser would honor their word. An expensive mistake ontop of the forced 400 dollar brake add on. More
