Horrible! We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Walser. The first one we had some issues with but decided to get another car from them. The 2nd one was fantastic until someone rear ended me, so of course we would naturally go back to them. This experience was the WORST!!! We bought a 2008 Honda Accord, we get a call a couple of days later saying we needed to get in ASAP because an employee wrote down the wrong mileage and our Carfax would be marked under "mileage fraud" if we did not get it fixed. Than we get a phone call a couple weeks later saying that our plates were ready for pickup, although my car was already issued new plates before I bought it. They kept telling me I was wrong and that these were my new plates, then I brought it up to them that I have physical proof from their pictures showing my car had plates and the Carfax had shown the plates we issued before I bought my car. They finally realized the error they made after fighting me and returned my money back. They said everything was ok, until a couple of months later we went to the DMV and doubled checked which plates were supposed to be issued to my car, and I was driving with INVALID plates for 3 months!!!! We called them explaining and again they were fighting us, they still had the new plates that were issued to my car so they put them on. Also not to mention I know they knew the car had a "tick" to it, but I didn't know about it because they always started the car and it only does this noise when you start it up. Now I just paid about $12,000 for this car and now I have to put another $500 to get this car fixed. I will NEVER buy a car again from a Walser dealer, and I will tell everyone I know to never shop there. More

This was my very first car I have ever purchased on my own, so I was really nervous about being overwhelmed with new car buying experiences. I called and talked to Kelly and set an appointment. I went in to go test drive the car, I sat with Kerry Culver and he explained everything to me in a stressfree enviroment. He was great help and he did not pressure me into buying the car, I fell in love with the car and decided to go to my bank and buy it that day. They were very helpful and I would and have recommended people to come purchase their next car at this dealership. More
Beware! Don't buy a car from here!! I bought a 2007 Ford Fusion with 106,000 miles on it for $7,500. Less than two months later the reverse went out. I had to Don't buy a car from here!! I am a full time college student. After buying this car I am going to have to take at least 1 semester off school in order to work and pay off the transmission. Thanks Walser Experienced Autos! More

Only if I knew there would be better choices at Walser Experienced I would have just started there and not wasted my time at the other dealerships. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and understanding, when we walked in even though Mark was helping us, others offered us refreshments and made sure we were taken care of. throughout the process Mark explained the whole process and walked me through it. Because we bought it on a Friday couple maintenance check ups needed to be done, but the mechanics are not there on Saturdays, however they sent my car to other Walser store and got it all ready for delivery. After a day of driving it I had couple questions on my car, Kelly told me to common in and they will get it checked out. Because the car was sent to another Walser store the mechanics made sure everything was fixed and even explained to me what all tests they were running and what is normal and where my car was at. Overall I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new or used car. More

Scott Myers, at Walser Mazda sent us to the Walser Experienced Autos, also in Burnsville. The 'experience' was all we could have hoped for. The lot was full of options, more than was on the website, and the staff was beyond helpful. Mark Albers was able to get him into a great vehicle, in his price range and the process was very easy and as stress free as possible. They only sell nice cars, at reasonable prices and the 'no haggle, no hassle' pricing helped narrow the field really quickly. The car was ready to be picked up on schedule after some routine maintenance was done. It was checked tip to tailgate, clean and he loves it ! The dealership was busy, cars coming in and going out, the sales staff was pleasant and really knew their stuff. Kelly the manager, was their for her sales people, and managed to talk to everyone in the office, staff and customers alike. We will recommend Walser Experienced Autos to anyone looking for a car with experience, and of course, Walser Mazda for any new car needs. More

I anticipated that the employees would make the return a very difficult process. After we explained our reasons for the return, the manager did not require that we complete lots of paperwork, and did not pressure us to attempt to select another car before leaving. It was a simple, pain free process. I will definitely shop at this dealership again. More
