I walked in to say how's the car coming. They said the parts not even here so I said put it back together. I need my car for work. They said they would call when it was in. It never was in for like 3 months. I walked in again and said when is the part going to be in? They said oh it's here. I said for how long has it been here? Nobody could give me a straight answer. Took a long time to get in for my appointment, no parts available, and now it's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from them. This is a safety issue which should be a priority and be covered by Jeep available, and now it's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from them. Unfortunately I have an ignition interlock in my car. I've dealt with repair shops before while having it and didn't have the annoyed reaction the representative had when I dropped off my car. Further mo I've dealt with repair shops before while having it and didn't have the annoyed reaction the representative had when I dropped off my car. Further more they left it running longer than 20 min causing me to miss a test while not there giving me a violation. Fortunately I was proactive and had let the company I use for interlock know that I was dropping off for check up/diagnostics. Lastly, I brought it in for a check up with fluids and all around check up to make sure the car is in the heat condition it could be. They said everything was fine. Which I had in turn found peculiar because I went in knowing I was due for an oil change and assumed they would have brought it up when I brought it in but didn't. Similar to the fact that my wipers are needed to be replaced and again that was not mentioned. I just can't help but feel as a woman nothing was done but buttons being pushed on a computer and me being charged. Thankfully. I have warranty on my car and I have the dealership paperwork (like I usually keep any repair paperwork) stating what they 'did' should anything go wrong. I think they could sense I was getting frustrated at drop off because when I came in to pick up the person I initially worked with did the most to provide exceptional customer service. I just wasn't impressed. I'll continue to go to my mom and pop shop I've been going to for years with my previous vehicle. Thanks. More
