Adivisor was nice. Quioted me 3 hours or more and it only took 1...but that came at a cost. When I returned to my truck I found lower A piller cover missing and lying i Quioted me 3 hours or more and it only took 1...but that came at a cost. When I returned to my truck I found lower A piller cover missing and lying in bed of my Truck. Advisor found a tech and had him "install" it. Found cover instaled incorrect. The next morning I found windshield is scratched on passenger side where air bag was replaced. I am a master tech at a local dealer and i am very disappointed in the quality of work performed. I under stand it was for a warranty repair on a Friday but that seams very sloppy. More

Went in for oil change and tire rotation.
