I had to bug him to get a response. I texted and had to call him to get an estimate. The car has a 9 speed transmission in a 4 cylender , not good , plus Auto stop light turned on again by itself and they probably wanted me to pay for resetting it a second time in 3 months . My 'service 4-wheel drive' light has been on since I picked up my car, and it was not on before. I dropped off my car on July 11th. They looked at it and I was told the part would be in estimated Monday picked up my car, and it was not on before. I dropped off my car on July 11th. I followed up on Thursday July 24th and the part was not in. I followed up again Wednesday, July 27th and the parts had 'just arrived' at 10:46am and it was stated that they would working on getting it installed next in line. My car was not finished until Thursday at 4:55pm. More
