I primarily interacted with John. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He gave me his card so I could reach him if I needed to check on the progress of the work on my car. But the problem I brought my Jeep in for (a warning light with the message that my 4-wheel drive was not working/ needed servicing) was not fixed (although I paid an amount for the fix that didn't fix the problem.) So I am left with the dilemma of what to do. I'm not crazy about having to spend more money on something that may or may not get fixed. And I'm very frustrated that a dealer wouldn't be able to fix it! I'm open to suggestions! More
