For the life of me I cannot figure out why people bring their vehicles to a dealership. Nor do I understand all the glowing reviews. Maybe it’s just my bad luck. Literally every single time I have brought their vehicles to a dealership. Nor do I understand all the glowing reviews. Maybe it’s just my bad luck. Literally every single time I have brought my truck here there has been an issue with terrible communication. I made an appointment for a simple oil change at 1045am. The only reason I brought it to the dealer was to use a coupon. I was told it should be about an hour. At an hour and a half I went to check on the progress and how much longer. I was then informed that my vehicle had been blocked in for some cleaning and they could not access it. They had not even started work yet. The response from the service manager was an apology and they have no idea why that happened or why I wasn’t notified. Find a reputable mechanic to work on your vehicle and my advice would be to stay away. This is my Google review More
