I took the car for service but the guy (Joshua I think) didn't take my complaints seriously and explained it away that it's normal. Also when I purchased the car the sales guy should have explained the car features to get me acquainted. He also neglected to mention the emergency road side assistance. Sales people should take more time instead of being in rush to make the sale. This is a big purchase. More

I bought a package of oil changes which include tire rotation and roadside assistance but it seems like they always try to get me with some other charge.
