Found problem and fixed it. The CHECK ENGINE light on my Mazda 3 was lit so I made an appointment and brought the car in to Walser Mazda in Burnsville. They called me an hour lat The CHECK ENGINE light on my Mazda 3 was lit so I made an appointment and brought the car in to Walser Mazda in Burnsville. They called me an hour later and told me that they found the problem and a replacement part had been ordered. This was on a Saturday and the part would not arrive until Monday. They offered me a free loaner but we didn't really need one since you had another vehicle. The car was ready when promised. I have always had great service from this dealership and I might be buying a new Mazda from them in the near future. More

Very good service !!! Friendly, prompt , on time !! I made the phone call for the appointment, the phone was answered by " a real person", the appt. was made that was very soon from day I called, the st I made the phone call for the appointment, the phone was answered by " a real person", the appt. was made that was very soon from day I called, the staff when we pulled in were prompt with helping us, said how long it would take , and kept us informed. Car was washed and we were on our way in under an hour. I live in Iowa and drive back to Burnsville Mazda just because I get such great service !!! More

Didn't fix the problem I brought my Mazda 3 hatchback in for a linkage or break sensor issue. The tech determined it was a faulty break sensor, and replaced it.
