Fast and Friendly I went in for an over due oil change. Tire rotation and oil change took MAYBE a half and hour. He showed me how to access the metal key from my fob along with escorted me to my car and set up maintenance prompts on my car after I expressed concerns about tracking and being late. He has helped me both times I have been in with my vehicle. He is an absolute asset to Mazda. He exemplifies the true meaning of customer service! There was also a young man who was moving vehicles back and forth. He was extremely friendly and even took a moment to talk without the feeling like he was obligated (which is rare to find these days). More
