I just purchased a new car from another dealer but wanted to give a shout out to Samantha at Walser Mazda. I talked to salesperson from about 8 different dealers while I was researching cars. Some were good, some were bad, but most were just average. Samantha stood out to me as by far the best salesperson that I worked with. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and followed up with me many times even after I said I had decided not to buy the Mazda 6 I looked at. The way she treated me as a potential customer was exactly the way I wanted and expected to be treated, and she was the only salesperson that fulfilled those expectations. Sorry it didn't work out to buy that Mazda, but keep up the good work! More

I really enjoyed dealing with Hilary. She is very professional and fun to talk to, making waiting for the paperwork that always goes with buying a vehicle quite tolerable. I concluded that one car met all my requirements: the Mazda5. It is a unique vehicle (the highest rated car in its class per Consumer Reports). The closest Mazda dealership was Walser Mazda, so it was a great place to start. My first choice was to buy used, but found that Mazda5s are few in number, and sell fast! With some excitement, I found a used '09 Mazda5 GT on the Walser Mazda website. Perfect! I planned to email or visit the next day, Friday. I quickly checked the site again early that morning. It's gone! I sent an email, and got a quick, and very helpful call from Scott Myers, who confirmed that the GT had indeed been sold. "How about a 2012?" he asked. Hmmmm. I stopped in, and talked to Scott at length. WOW! A great experience! My wife and I picked out a white Mazda5 Touring. A test drive just confirmed what I already decided. That's it! We went with Mazda financing, got a good trade in for my 11 year old Focus, and got the car. A very good, efficient and friendly process. Scott was pleasant and knowledgeable and professional.
