Walser Mazda is the most dishonest car dealer I have ever felt with in my lifetime. I have bought many cars in the past from many dealers and never had any bad experiences. Walser was the exception.. I would steer clear from Walser unless you think that a dealership should offer free oil changes for life to entice you buy the car through them... and then a few years later decide not to make good on that offer. Walser now has decided they will only do free oil changes if you do ALL service only through Walser Mazda and claim its always been this way which is not true. On top of all that they want you to do additional service every 15,000 miles to continue to receive the free oil changes because as the service manager said "they were losing money on the oil change for life program and have discontinued it"! I have wasted three weeks of back and forth phone calls dealing with management on trying to let them make good on what they promised and basically have been told show me in writing where it DOESNT say we can do whatever we want! Walser Mazda thinks its ok to lie to customers to sell a car. You can decide for yourself if you think this is a company that you want to spend your hard earned dollars with! If I could give the zero stars that is what I would give them..but if you want lies and headaches then Walser might be the place for you! More

He is very good at following up to see how the experience and can make it better. I never had that kind of service before.Recently I brought my 2006 mazda 3 in cause it has a slight of rust developing i called mike up and he found out when the mazda rep was coming in and schedule a time for me to bring in the vehicle, and took care of the vehicle. Thanks walser for having mike as service manager I will look foward buying more cars in the future. More

This is MAZDA number 3 for our family. All were purchased from Walser Mazda and from Scott Myers. He is a wonderful car salesman, but he is also more than that. Scott spends the time it takes to look at all of your options in purchasing/leasing a car. He was patient, knowledgeable and very enthused by the line Mazda has to offer. But he can sell you what ever you are looking for. He never makes you feel rushed or that he has something better to do.....he is there for the long haul in buying a car. We will always go to Scott for our car needs now and in the future. Now about the rest of the staff at Walser Mazda......they were welcoming and attentive while we waited for Scott to complete the previous sale. Dan was all about showing the vehicle we ended up purchasing, even after we told him would be buying from Scott. There is not a thing we would change about our experience. We were introduced to Scott and although we knew what we wanted and had done our research he did a good job explaining things to us. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We recently purchased a Mazda CX-7 at Walser Mazda and truly enjoyed our experience. It was our 4th dealership visited and being at Walser felt different from the start. Robert Rasmus made our experience of purchasing our new car (OK, it was pre-owned, but new for us and our 1st car purchase in 11 years!) very satisfying. He was friendly, helpful and showed the cars and his dealership in a very professional manner. We felt we were working with a person who was there to help us(not there to pressure us) and to guarantee that we left with the car we wanted and not just something that we settled for. Robert's personal touch was to really get to know us as people and not just another sale for the dealership. This is what made our experience different from the start. The car sale was handled very efficiently. We were in looking and driving out as new car owners in a matter of less than 4 hours. Robert, we love the car!!!! We purchased a Mazda CX-7 from Robert on Jan 7th. He showed us what they had in the used inventory and gave us the pros and cons of the models that were there. He was very kind and was able to handle our sense of humor making for a fun day of looking at cars. While looking for the car a car for her I ran into John, whom I bought a brand new Mazda 3 from a few years back, we chatted for a bit and I filled him in on us looking for a car for her. I did feel bad that I didn't search out John when we got there because he was so great to me when I was there before and would have loved to deal with him again. With that being said it was great that John also stepped in and gave us more information and things to think about (AWD vs Front wheel drive and the difference in fuel mileage, a big help with how much she drives) and helped out on the sale of a vehicle that wasn't going to be through him. So I thank John again for thinking more of us as customers and what we needed, and not just saying hi and walking away since we were working with someone else. Robert ended up being a great help and never made it a pressure sale, we walked out after test driving the one we eventually got and just told him we would be back after we cleaned up the trade in. He let us walk out and didn't call to make sure we were coming back or to see if we changed our minds. We got back there later in the day, and later then we were hoping and Robert was still there waiting for us. The whole deal went down smoothly. We chose to go to Walser Mazda after a not-so-good car shopping experience at a dealer closer to home. We're SO glad we did! We called ahead and talked with Jason, but when we arrived he was busy an shopping experience at a dealer closer to home. We're SO glad we did! We called ahead and talked with Jason, but when we arrived he was busy and so were all the other sales people. The gal at the desk told the sales manager that as soon as a sales person was available to please send them our way. We began looking at the Mazda CX-9, which is what we came to purchase. In less than a few minutes, Andrew Goetzke, the sales manager, came over and greeted us and began asking us a few questions. We explained that we had had an experience that was not so pleasant at another dealership closer to home. We were honest and told him that we were ready to buy a car today and there were only two ways they could lose the sale: one, by being high pressure sales people and two, by not giving us enough for our trade-in. He took our information, we went out for a test drive and while we were doing that they drove our trade-in. When we came back Andrew went through all the information with us for our trade-in. We had done research and had come to a number that we thought was fair. They hit it straight on. We were so pleased that Andrew didn't just hand us a number, but he had data from many different sites that indicated how they came to the value of our car. We appreciated that very much. He then showed us which CX-9s were available, and was patient with us as we decided which color, navigation or no navigation, DVD or sunroof, etc. Sal V. Le then walked us through all the paperwork and extra options available. He was kind, efficient, and smiled throughout the whole process. Jason then took over, finished up a few things, put our plates on and bid us farewell. Honestly, my husband enjoys car shopping, but for me, shopping for and purchasing a vehicle ranks right up there with having a root canal. I dislike it very much. However, the experience we had at Walser Mazda has forever changed that for me. Every person we met was kind and sincere, smiley and patient. There were no high pressure sales and it truly felt like it didn't matter what we bought, they just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Thanks for a great experience and an amazing car (which I have yet to drive because my husband loves it so much!)! We highly recommend Walser Mazda! More
