My wife and I stopped in on December 31st looking to purchase a used 2024 CX-30 that we saw on Walser Mazda's web site. Bilal was the sale rep who worked with us , and he steered us towards a new 2025 C purchase a used 2024 CX-30 that we saw on Walser Mazda's web site. Bilal was the sale rep who worked with us , and he steered us towards a new 2025 CX-30, which wasn't that much more expensive than the used car we were interested in, and was eligible for 0% financing. Our new car was also discounted in a year end sale. All in all it worked out well for us, and working with Bilal was a pleasure. He was respectful and didn't pressure us to make a decision. We were also able to fill out most of the paper online while sitting a coffee shop, which was convenient for us. We would work with Bilal again. More

I took the car for service but the guy (Joshua I think) didn't take my complaints seriously and explained it away that it's normal. Also when I purchased the car the sales guy should have explained the car features to get me acquainted. He also neglected to mention the emergency road side assistance. Sales people should take more time instead of being in rush to make the sale. This is a big purchase. More
