Mandating a 15 word reply is a great way to get people to never take one of your surveys again. Sam is a relatable, no-nonsense salesperson who does the upselling without making you feel uncomfortable or manipulated. If this is how Walser trains all their employees, then it’s no surprise I see more an upselling without making you feel uncomfortable or manipulated.
