I was told parts would be in in ten days. 15 days later I had to call to check, and was told parts were hard to find. When I got there to get the parts installed, the service advisor said I could rent a car but that they didnt have a loaner for me. This is all for work done on a brand new vehicle that I purchased that was still under factory warranty. More
I scheduled an appointment, dropped my vehicle off, and left the key in the overnight slot. I called the following day to check on the progress and they told me they had no appointment scheduled, couldn’t left the key in the overnight slot. I received two messages confirming my appointment prior to dropping it off. They finally found the key and told me that it was in the pile with keys for vehicles being prepared to sell. The manager cleaned things up and was really great but who know what would have happened if I never called. More
