They didn’t listen to the problem of my car at all, just gave it a “physical” of sorts and found things that weren’t broken, but were slightly worn and could be replaced. I was there for 2 hours before I was told how the car was going. I had been texted an hour in for the video of the car so I texted Tyler back to see if it was done. No response. Assessed car for issues with control arms - covered by warranty - stated no issues when there were issues and they were replaced under warranty by another service dept - did not feel like they had my best warranty - stated no issues when there were issues and they were replaced under warranty by another service dept - did not feel like they had my best interests at heart - also had an unrelated low battery issue that they would only assess for a $100 fee - told them to skip it - More
