The last time I was in for service I had 3 things done. An oil change/tire rotation, a computer recall and a fuel induction cleaning. The recall was covered under warranty, I have a oil change package I purchased from when I bought the truck so the only thing I was paying for was the induction cleaning yet they were trying to charge me on all 3 things. They fixed the bill when I told them but it’s annoying that I had to tell them. Now there is a discrepancy on the oil change package too that they say I have to take up with my salesman which is an inconvenience as well. More

I always give 5's. This time i didnt feel really welcome walking in. It was just a basic oil change so not much to it. Every other time I'm given a car wash. They do mostly a good job but I have had some issues. Last year I had a nail in my tire and was not told until I found it on the inspection video the next day. The service members joked about it and basically did not thank me for returning it. The service was done well but!!! More
