I'm not sure how much service is actually done at this dealership location. Didn't realize vehicle had to be taken to another location which resulted in service advisor not having any ability to answer a dealership location. Had to ask for dealership general manager who did assist me. More

The problem was not totally solved by you. I went to Stillwater motors and they did another diagnostic and solved the issue. You should refund my payment for the diagnostic that you did.
