I brought my truck in for an oil change and a howling sound that I was getting. I was told that my front tires were cupped . They did the oil change they rotated my tires, but never offered to do an al sound that I was getting. I was told that my front tires were cupped . I had a appointment to drop my truck off for service. When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter was on the phone.
