The service is always prompt and professional and they explain in detail about any problems. I have even been able to talk to the mechanic. When I purchased my vehicle from Walsar, the sales manager sold me a “in-house” warranty , so he claimed and said that all my service needed to be done at the Walsar locations to keep my warranty vali manager sold me a “in-house” warranty , so he claimed and said that all my service needed to be done at the Walsar locations to keep my warranty valid and that if there are any covered mechanical issues it is taken care of immediately. Needless to say I needed to use my warranty and then I was informed it isn’t “in-house” and that I need all these approvals from the warranty company that is completely separate from Walsar. The service manager reached out to me after I left a negative review and then when I returned his call for several days and no response. My car needed up taking 1 week for repairs. Thank goodness I was still able to drive it or I would have been in a situation. My review is cumulative and does consider past experiences with the service dept at both the Roseville and Bloomington locations. I in fact can use my warranty any any dealership. I feel like this was a ploy to make me think I had to take it to Walsar and I did. Bought tires and have been having all repairs and services done at Walsar. I am still upset that I was lied to and the high pressure experience. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from Walsar. My family and I have purchased 5 vehicles from them in the past and the concerns continue. Also, sometimes I am stuck at the dealership for 6 hours or more for even a simple oil change. I’ve burned up so much of my PTO just sitting waiting for my car. Plus, I get the so called complimentary car wash about half the time, even when paying too dollar for service. More
