Michael stead Cadillac replaced my leaking timing cover seal twice,the repair failed. after the first repair job. Soon after replacing rear shocks, I was told that I needed a new rear differential. At which time, I mentioned to Jack and David in the service department that it appears that my timing cover was leaking again after two pairs already. The tech cleaned front of the motor. And now it's back, every repair that's been done that I mentioned has failed two and now three times. So now I left with locating another dealership that can handle these two issues that Michael Stead Cadillac couldn't waste of alot of money very bad experience. More
One star is too high of a rating to provide. Michael Stead Cadillac's customer service was incredibly awful. Service department is incompetent and never returns phone calls in a timely manner. Service reps say they'll call you back, but you will have to call three, four, five or more times to get an answer. They intentionally dodge your phone calls and are extremely evasive when it comes to providing a straight answer. Service manager Martin was rude, inconsiderate and inflexible to customer needs. He was not willing to put himself in the customer's shoes. Lacks empathy, approachability, and just plain decency. This dealership has lost touch with what customer service is and what it entails. I'd advise to take your Cadillac to any dealer other than Michael Stead Cadillac. If you purchased your Cadillac with Michael Stead you can take your car to ANY Cadillac dealer for service. If it's still under warranty your out of pocket cost is zero and GM pays the dealer for their labor. Save yourself the headache and take your Cadillac to a dealer that knows what customer service is and is willing to provide said service. This dealer will not get anymore of my business and it's a shame as I've purchased 11 Cadillacs for my company in the last four years. More

Service Dept was very professional l got an oil change it was done in a very timely fashion. I was a waiter and Joseph Whittaker gave me a wait time and he beat it by ten minutes.
