Probably the easiest processes buying a used car I ever bought from a dealership. There was no pressure to buy anything. Alejandro was very knowledgeable and friendly. After being pre-approved with a better interest rate from my bank, they put the loan through higher than my rate at a longer term. Their loan was at 72 instead of mine at 60 months. I asked if the rates were on par, but only monthly payment was discussed until I was signing the loan disclosure statement. asked several times about the terms of the loan throughout the process to the sales associate as well as the finance person. No explanation was given until I contacted my bank and we refinanced to my terms 2 days after the sale. Nice honest work by the sales and financial team. More

I purchased a 2012 jeep grand cherokee L from this dealership and 60 days later they are still providing excellent service and standing behind the vehicles they sale. I had a minor leak in a coolant h dealership and 60 days later they are still providing excellent service and standing behind the vehicles they sale. I had a minor leak in a coolant hose and Matt the service manager seen to it that the problem was taken care of. I can’t tell you how difficult it could have been since i was outside of the 30 day warranty the dealership offers. This is a place you can purchase a vehicle with no concern that they will honor their customers by doing whats right. I am going to bring my mother here to get her next vehicle… More
