Very Pleased I was very pleased with Noah and all of the folks at Fuccillo Ford of Seneca Falls. When Honda paid for a rental to have the air bag fixed on my 2012 I was very pleased with Noah and all of the folks at Fuccillo Ford of Seneca Falls. When Honda paid for a rental to have the air bag fixed on my 2012 Honda Ridgeline, little did they know that I was getting a brand new Ford F150 to drive for a few weeks. This convinced me that I had to have one! Noah helped me get what I wanted and everyone was great to deal with! More

Horrible, incompetent, rude customer service Never coming back. Wow, I have not been this angry in a long time. The service people here were really condescending and rude. I went here for an i Never coming back. Wow, I have not been this angry in a long time. The service people here were really condescending and rude. I went here for an inspection. After about an hour to an hour and a half (which was ridiculous) It came back that I had a broken seat belt in the back and that my license plate lights were out. So I got home, fixed the license plate lights (took under 2 minutes and cost me $5 for the lights), which by the way, Fucillo would of been happy to charge me $23 to do. How's that for a rip off? Then I checked all the seat belts and they all worked just fine. There was not one single belt in my car that didn't work. What happened was there are two places you can buckle a seat belt in my car. One for the middle seat belt and one for the passenger behind the driver. The inspector tried to put the seat belt in the WRONG BUCKLE and for whatever reason didn't try the other one and declared the wrong buckle broken... They would of fixed the "problem" for me for $123 dollars though so luckily there's that... Anyways, I went back the next day and talked to a different guy from the day before. When I told him about this he basically insinuated that I didn't know what I was talking about, was making every excuse possible for the inspector, and wouldn't own the mistake until I proved it to him in broad daylight. I was annoyed with his attitude so I mentioned that it was a "novice mistake" because in all honesty, it was. Also, it kept my car from passing. So he said in a sarcastic tone, "Our 30 year experience technician made a novice mistake?" And I said, "Well, ya, obviously he did, the seat belts work fine." The way he was acting was totally embarrassing for him and infuriating for me at the same time. Then I asked since the only issue left was fixed if I could just get my sticker and be on my way. He said no and that I would have to pay to get the inspection done again even though it was done the DAY BEFORE... I couldn't believe it. He blamed it all on NY state and said that is just how things are but more importantly, didn't own or apologize for any of the mistakes committed or for treating me like I was an idiot. I mean c'mon, Fucillo made a mistake, own it, and offer the inspection for free. That is what any company that cares about their customers would have done. So I just wanted it done with so I told them to just do it again. They finished and the guy who helped me the day before came in to tell me it was done. Then while walking to the counter to pay he pointed his finger at me and said in a stern tone, "I told you yesterday that the license plates lights were out." And then I said, "Uh, ya I know, I replaced them. How else would I have known to do that...?" He was saying that I lied to the other service guy saying that I was never told about the license plates lights being out... Are we getting this? AN EMPLOYEE OF FUCILLO FORD ACCUSED ME OF LYING! I was flabbergasted... then I lost it a little bit. I told him not to point at me, told him not to call me liar, and told him that I absolutely did not say that to the other service guy. Then he backed off a bit and said, that was what the other service guy told him. So here we have another sign of incompetence and not listening. So I told him I'm never coming back there again because holy cow, I know dealerships have a bad rap of pulling this kind of crap but geez, Fucillo showed me today why all those types of negative stereotypes exist... I would recommend to anyone who is reading this to stay away from this place, they are incompetent, don't respect the customer like they should, and don't own up to their mistakes which is unacceptable. More

They also told me there were 3 or 4 other services that it needed at 33,000 miles...OK.. I didn't have do any of them I took the Truck to two other shops BOTH of which said that the Battery was OK and OH ya the thing that I went there in the first place to have installed DID NOT WORK when I went to pick it up....I will Never Go the Fuccillo AGAIN... More
The whole buying experience was very pleasant. Car buying and credit checking (especially with less than stellar credti) take some time so I was not surprised. But patience brings good things. I was very happy with my whole buying experience. I thought that the whole dealership was very accomodating and has followed up promptly on any and all my calls. The car is beautiful - it's just what I wanted. I feel that they listened carefully to all my requests and made sure that they found the car that I wanted. More
